Shipping policy
Please allow 3-5 days to fulfill and process orders before they are shipped out. All orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be shipped out the following Monday. If you have any questions regarding the status of your order, please call 225-216-2002.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at checkout. After placing your order, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within one business day. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at shopheadoverheelsbr@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
We are not responsible for stolen packages. If you order tracking status says "delivered", you will have to file a claim through the shipping carrier.
