Shipping

Please allow 3-5 days to fulfill and process orders before they are shipped out. All local pick-up orders will be ready the day after you place your order. All orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will be shipped out the following Monday.

All orders that exceed over $100 qualify for free shipping and returns. If this applies to your order and you need to make a return, please email us at shopheadoverheelsbr@gmail.com to receive a pre-paid return label. Once we receive the returned package, we will email you a code to use your credit towards future online purchases. Please allow 3-5 business days for returns and processing. If your order does not exceed $100, the return shipping fee is at the customer's expense.

Please note that as of 1.1.23. we can only hold paid, in store pick up orders for 90 days. After 90 days your order will be donated.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at shopheadoverheelsbr@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. 

We are not responsible for stolen packages. If you order tracking status says "delivered", you will have to file a claim through the shipping carrier. We recommend shipping your package to a safe and secure address to avoid damaged or stolen packages.
