Please allow 3-5 days to fulfill and process orders before they are shipped out. All local pick-up orders will be ready the day after you place your order. All orders that exceed over $100 qualify for free shipping and returns. If you need to return an order, please email us at shopheadoverheelsbr@gmail.com to receive a pre-paid return label. Once we receive the returned package, we will email you a code to use your credit towards future online purchases. Please allow 3-5 business days for returns and processing.
Please note that as of 1.1.23. we can only hold paid, in store pick up orders for 90 days. After 90 days your order will be donated.
